you know, you could have shaved in front of her so she'd understand and save her the trouble of thinking her father has been replaced by an imposter. and, if you think she'll quickly get over it or forget about, you're wrong. i still have memories of the day my dad shaved, and i've never really been fully convinced he wasn't replaced.
