it's i mother earth-ish, but more olpish. you can't expect turner to pull of tanna well, even if he'd want to. the first olp disc was a good catchy punk record, but there's a giant technical leap in songwriting to early ime. the best you could expect out of this is a recreation of some of the radio hits, but what you're probably going to get is just another generic post-grunge act.
